Thought I would add two new shots of the olympic swimmer Michael Jamieson. The waves are just starting to come in focus but much more to do. Its fairly large 105 x 80cms so lots of ground to cover. Will be rooting for him during the games!

Very excited...have just heard that two of my paintings have been short listed for an exhibition in the project space of the new White Cube Gallery in Bermondsey.
The first annual Outside the White Cube Exhibition will take place 25th July - 10th August 2012 (while the Olympics is on) at The Bermondsey Project, 46 Willow Walk, London, SE1 5SF. The show is all about sport related images and the works that have been shortlisted are 'Balance' and 'Concentration'. The exhibition is in support of Crisis, the national charity for single homeless people and will feature the work of both emerging and established artists. More deails to follow when I know more. http://www.outsidethewhitecube.com Been working hard on this portraits of Michael Jamieson doin what he does best.
